We have been answering requests from customers by email for the past few years.  We have just launched this forum.  I will post some relevant questions and answers here to get this rolling.  If you have a question, Sign up on the top right of your screen to create and account and post in the forum.  Next click on the link that says "add topic" and ask your question...or join an existing thread about the same topic  Soon this will grow as a great community resource.  :)
