Hi Roger! I am sorry for your difficult time. I cannot give legal advice but I can tell you this: Most credit reports have errors (studies say 79% of all credit reports have errors.....that's nearly 8 out of 10). Therefore most credit reports can be improved quickly. Also, The Fair Credit Reporting Act gives you the right to dispute any item on your report (accurate or not). If that item cannot be verified with a reasonable time (usually 30 days) it must be removed. This is the basis of all credit repair. If they do not remove an item the first time you dispute it, you have the right to demand proof of verification. You also have other rights. This is all a lot of work for the credit bureaus, and because they often cannot complete within the alloted time required, you win.
Credit-Aid Software and the ebook come with all the documents and information most people ever need to improve their credit reports. It is helpful in disputing items (for removal) on your credit reports and negotiating with creditors to change, update or remove negative derogetory information they have posted on your credit reports. It does take some work...but it's definitely a much easier and faster with software (than without) because the software does most of the work for you and guides your way. If you have the patience to do the work and follow the program as it is laid out, your credit score will almost always improve. This is why we offer a money back guarantee if your score does not increase in 90 days. In fact, most users see a score improve in 30 days.
I hope this information helps. Good luck to you!
