I went through the process of purchasing, downloading and then paying a dollar to get my report that never came up so my credit aid went back to page one, so if I would have went back through the process, it would have charged me another dollar. I have joined other services within the previous year so I no longer qualify for a free credit report so I am told. I clicked on the link within the credit aid via the credit wizard for an instant online report and was offered to view my report for a dollar. So as of yet, I have not got to see my credit report so as of now the credit aid is not doing me any good. How can i work the rest of the
program if I can't get by the initial process of getting a report through the credit wizard

Hi Tim,
How frustrating! Now I understand. I also hope you understand that we have nothing to do with the credit bureaus. Our software is made to create credit dispute letters and to teach you how credit repair works (by following the law of the Fair Credit Reporting Act), but it's up to you to order your own credit reports. We just point you in the right direction with letters and links. Our software is not of any use to you until you actually have copies of your 3 reports in your hands.
In our video at the start of our software, we suggest getting your reports by paper mail and not on the bureau's website. The bureaus just want money and they make it very difficult to get free reports on their site. Any business that happens once you enter their website is between you and them. In all the years of doing this, none of us have ever heard of credit reports for a dollar. We have no idea where you clicked to find that kind fo offer.
If you want a free annual report but are not eligible (because it's been less than a year since your last free annual report), you will need to pay them for a report. Thats how it works. You are only eligible for a free annual report once a year from annual credit report service (or sooner if you have been denied credit, etc.).
However, personally, I also like a service called Credit Keeper. You can join them for a free trial and get your reports for free. You can check it out yourself www.creditkeeper.com . I am a member of CreditKeeper and I really like them. You do have to put down a credit card. Then the first month is free and each month after that, it's $9.99 -- unless you cancel before the 30 days are up (which you can certainly do). When I signed up for Credit Keeper I got my reports and scores instantly. There were no tricks or scams, I continued the service because I like it. They email me when anything changes in my reports and I can login to see all 3 reports and scores whenever I like. I think it's a bargain. I hope that info helps.
Good luck to you!
