Credit-Aid Software cannot have 2 people with the same exact first and last name, It creates a windows folder based on first and last name so there is no way to create 2 folders with the same name. Windows wont allow that. That is a limitation of Windows. Therefore, you will need to make some sort of change to one of the first names. Suggestions might be: If the name is Dave have the second name be David .....or just add the word Mr right before the name in the same field to be Mr Dave in the first name field of one of the records. Or just have the first initial as the name. You can always make adjustments when you are in the editor window looking at the letter.  I hope that helps. It should solve the problem.

PS:  Are these a Jr and Sr? Is that why you have 2 with the same name? Or are you using this home version software for a business?
