To Whom It May Concern:
I have an eviction on my record from last year and I will be settling my
debt in June. Will I be able to remove the eviction off my credit once its
paid using this software?

Credit-Aid Software will help you to dispute anything on your credit report. That's what it is for. Even accurate items can often be removed. First of all, I cannot give you legal advice, but here is general information that you might apply to your situation:
If you use our credit-aid software...in the dispute Wizard (which is where you will want to start 99% of the time), during step 3: you would simply choose in the dropdown menu "other information I would like changed" and write "eviction" into the details field...and a 1 or 2 sentence explanation such as "this eviction is not accurate/did not occur" please update.
At this point the bureau has a reasonable time to verify and respond (usually 30 days). If they write back and say it has been verified (but they dont offer proof)...
Next, you can send a followup email demanding proof of verification (also in the software). This creates a lot of work for the credit bureau and this one way that accurate items often get removed.
As I am typing this, I see that your company bought our software in bulk as a reseller. As a pro customer/reseller you are entitled to a free training session at our www.americancreditrepairacademy.com . You should take advantage of that offer. SIgn up at www.americancreditrepairacademy.com
