How do I get tech support for my software?

Our tech support staff respond to all support tickets within 24 hours (and usually sooner).  The one thing that slows down our ability to help you fast is sending incomplete or inaccurate information.  If you would like fast help click here to open a trouble ticket and provide the following:

  • What email did you use when making your purchase? (so we can find the records)
  • What version of Credit-Aid Software is it?  Home? Pro?
  • Are you the registered owner? (the registered owner is the one whose name was on the credit card).
  • What version of Windows do you have?
  • What is the exact error message you are seeing?  (please tell us the "exact" text of the error)
  • What exactly were you attempting to do at the time this error happened?
  • If you are requesting a new download and new key click here
  • If you're requesting a key reset please tell us the exact error message and why you you are reinstalling.

Please don't type to us in shorthand on a cell phone.  We never understand these kinds of messages.  Only send us clear information and facts that allow us to help you fast.

About error messages in the software:  We wrote them so they are very familiar with them.  They tell us exactly what the  problem is, so please take the time to write the exact error message you are seeing.    

Extra effort and clear detail will enable us to help you very fast.  Not providing these important details will cause a delay and extra emails. Remember we are not there, so we rely on your details.  Please help us to help you!
