How do I add dispute items? I created the letter through the dispute wizard but they do show up in the client status box under dispute item. Please advise

If you are asking about the Pro Software: You can add dispute items with the wizard by creating a letter. During the letter you click a button to add each new dispute item. Once you save that letter, it records the disputes. It's exactly like we show in the video at the start of the software. You cant add dispute items to a letter that you have already created and saved. If you forgot to enter a dispute to a letter you'll need to delete that letter and start over. Only save if the letter is correct.
If you're asking about the portal: You cant (and dont need to) add disputes to the portal. The portal will show exactly what you have entered into the software. It runs by itself.
