ISSUE RESOLVED! FIX IS HERE: This issue pertains to certain versions of Windows Vista and 7. The problem generally is associated with a UAC setting that causes programs to save to a "virtual folder" instead of the Credit-Aid Program folder. Up until 7/22/2010 all of our versions installed to C:\Program Files\Credit-Aid_Version_Name. All versions after 7/22/2010 now install to C:\Credit-Aid_Version_Name. This solves the issue.
