What format do Credit-Aid dispute letters export in? I am trying to export letters to open in Word 2007. Or, how can I copy a letter and paste it into Microsoft Word or another Word Processor?  I cant seem to copy and paste.

Normally Credit-Aid exports letters as RTF which can usually open in MS Word or any other word processor. However, copy and paste is even easier.  Here is how to copy and paste from a letter Credit-Aid into your MS Word (or any other word processor):

1) Open a letter in Credit-Aid in the Viewer Editor Window and highlight all the text (with your mouse --- or by clicking once in the letter and then clicking Control + A on your keyboard).

2) Next, copy the highlighted text to your clipboard by clicking Control + C

3) Open up MS Word and paste from the clipboard into a Word Document by clicking Control + V. This will copy the letter perfectly into your MS Word.
