Hi Steven,

Great question. My answer is YES. If you are like the majority of people we see who have gone through a bankruptcy, yes I believe this will help you (and most people in your shoes). Here is why:

There are errors commonly associated with a bankruptcy...such as account balances that should have been wiped to zero, etc. We nearly always see them.

Everyone's situation is different and I cannot give you legal advice, but I give you some "general" information: Most credit reports can be improved and scores improved -- even after a bankruptcy. Most credit reports have errors (79%). Even accurate items can often be removed a high percentage of the time. The reason is because of the law that protects you. The Fair Credit Reporting Act gives you the right to dispute any item on your credit report. If a negative item cannot be verified within a reasonable amount of time (usually 30 days) it must be removed. Even accurate items can often be removed. You just need to know the rules. This law is the basis of all credit repair, whether you hire and expensive attorney or credit repair company....or if you do it yourself. The only difference is that the professionals will be using software (most likely ours) to do the time consuming work for them.

Handling everything by paper mail (and not online) helps, because its more time consuming to process paper mail. Since the bureaus cant always verify in time, the items are removed. However, sometimes the bureaus will write you back to say an item is "verified" but they do not offer proof. Then you must write again to assert your rights and demand proof.

I will be the first to tell you that you dont need software to improve your credit. You can do it all yourself by hand. It will just take you a lot more time. It all comes down to how you value your time. Credit-Aid Software is something we are very proud of here. I'm on the development team and we have been working on this for many years. Each year we add new features and keep it current with the law. It's helped me to improve my own credit and it enabled me to buy my home. It has also helped my friends and family. Credit-Aid Software is a very clever and helpful tool that saves you a great deal of time. It creates all the letters to handle nearly every situation with a few clicks of your mouse. Everything is based on the law. It's user-friendly, fast, easy, 100% legal and it guides you the whole way.

Credit-Aid Software and the ebook (included) will help nearly everyone (if you read the ebook and follow the steps). This is why we offer a guarantee that it will increase your score within 90 days.

Good luck to you!
