I had tried to turn off Windows Firewall via Norton Security but still receiving error message of cannot install no internet connection. Please help.

I see you have an old version of credit-aid that we sold to Fry's Electronics several years ago. Here is what I would suggest to try to resolve the not connected to the internet message:
First: Be connected by cable to your router and not on wifi or some unusual high-security or office configuration. Next close the Credit-Aid software and then click on your windows start button... START -- PROGRAMS -- Look for the credit-aid folder...and see if you have a button to update your software. That should solve the problem and you should then be allowed to activate. Please let me know.
