The good news is that we use real people in our office in Culver City, California to respond to you personally. The downside is, because we put extra attention into every customer support question, it can take up to 8 hours before you receive a response. We generally respond quickly during office hours (Mon-Fri 9-6 PST).

We understand you may not be technical, but please take time to answer ALL the questions in the support ticket form. We can't help without this.

We have many products, ALWAYS tell us the exact name of the product you need help with.

Error messages are important. Include the "exact" error message text that you are seeing.

Always write from the same name and email that you purchased with or we cannot help you.

If you're trying to learn many products all at once, please slow down and read the Quick Start Guide.

DON'T call our sales desk for technical support. Sales people aren't tech support and they can't help you. Fill out a support ticket.
