Feel confident that a Credit-Aid team member will respond to your support ticket as fast as possible. The good news is that we use real people in our office in Culver City, California to respond to you personally. The downside is, because we put extra attention into every customer support question, it can take up to 8 hours before you receive a response. We generally respond quickly during office hours (Mon-Fri 9-6 PST).
