When I try to reinstall my software. It says it is already installed on another computer. Can you please reset my software key?

I am trying to install by typing in the activation key code, but I keep getting an error message that says "incorrect code." What do I do?

I just purchased and installed Credit-Aid Software and I cannot activate the software because of an error message that says "Sorry can't proceed make sure your internet is connected"

My client profiles or letters are not saving properly.  Data says "UNDEFINED"

 Dont see your issue listed?  Try searching our knowledge base and FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions).  If you cannot find a solution, please click here to create a Support ticket and include the following information:

  1. Your name
  2. Your email address used during purchase and activation (this must match and it is where we will resend the info)
  3. Version Of Credit-Aid that you have purchase
  4. Your Software Key (looks like this):  XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
  5. Reason why you need your key reset.
  6. Exact text of the error message you are seeing.

We cannot help you without this information above and the email and software key must match our records.   We do not resend new keys but we can reset them for legitimate reasons that have not been abused.  We will respond to all requests within 24 hours (and usually sooner)!

In this support area you can search for an answer to an issue and solve your own problem quickly.  Start by searching the knowledgebase and FAQ list.  You can ask a question in a public forum where our staff or others will lend you a hand.  You may also leave us a trouble ticket and we will respond and help you.  Please look around in here first to see if your answer is already here. You can search answers in the search field on your right and also look through the FAQ list.  That will save your valuable time.
